Payment Arrangements:

View my fine :
** If your fine is not yet overdue and is not a court issued fine, you can contact the authority who issued the fine to make enquiries about the fine itself.
** If you have received a South Australia Police expiation notice for a speeding or red light offence and the fine is not yet enforced, you can view the photographic evidence taken by the safety camera via the SA Police website.

** If your fine has already been enforced, or you have entered into a payment arrangement (fee may apply), you can see details of your South Australian fine(s) here. You will then need to enter in your fine reference number (or account number) and payment reference number (or customer number) to log In.

** If you have a fine that has been issued by an interstate authority, please see our website for links to relevant sites.

Balance of my fines :
** You can check your South Australian fine(s) balance here.
** You will need to enter in your fine reference number (or account number) and payment reference number (or customer number) to log In.

If your fine is not a Court fine and is not yet overdue :
** Fines can be paid in full to the Issuing Authority who issued the fine prior to the due date. Alternatively, you can contact the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit to apply for a payment arrangement (fee may apply). You don’t have to wait for a fine to be overdue to request a payment arrangement; however, if your fine is not yet overdue you may be asked to provide a copy of your notice.
