For first-time users, you will initially be asked to enter your birth date as your default password.

Please enter your birth date in the following format – mmddyyyy (e.g., Sept. 9, 1975 is entered as 09091975). Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your default password.

Choose a password that will be easy for you to remember. This can be any combination of letters and numbers not less than 4 but not more than 30 characters.

RCBC Bankard Agreement

An RCBC Bankard MasterCard/VISA/JCB or myDream JCB, on which there is a number (the “Card Number”), has been or may at your request be issued by us, and a Password assigned by us and later replaced by you, for all or any of your accounts from time to time opened and maintained with or made available by us (collectively the “Accounts”) to enable you to be connected to our data and operation system (the “System”) to have direct access to any of the Accounts or to effect banking/card transactions via the use of personal computers or similar access devices (“customer terminal”).

RCBC Bankard Acceptance

By using RCBC Bankard Online, you have accepted and agreed to be bound by all operational rules and general terms and conditions governing RCBC Bankard Online, including without limitation all the following paragraphs.

You likewise agree to be bound by any and all laws, rules, regulations and official issuances applicable to RCBC Bankard Online, now existing or which may hereinafter be issued, as well as such other terms and conditions governing the use of other facilities, benefits or services which we may make available to you in connection with RCBC Bankard Online.

RCBC Bankard Suspension/Cancellation

2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on the “Login” button.
4. Once you are logged in, click on the “Statements” tab.
5. Under “Statement of Account”, select the corresponding account number and month.
6. Click on the “View” button.

Your account statement will now be displayed. You can view the following information on your statement:

** Opening balance

** Available balance

  • I haven't received my statement of account for a long time and I wish to see them because I am not aware of my balance. Please send me an attachment for me to see my payment and my balance.

  • Please send my statement of account for 2019 to my email account. I have not received it since October, 2018. I cannot register to view my statement.

  • I have not received my statements of account since August 2018 up to the present. I would like to view them through e-statement but I have forgotten my username and password. Just send it to my registered email.

  • I have received your messages on December 10th, my eSOA card which is ending with 4002 has sent to my email address.

  • I cannot understand your system. It is very cumbersome. Everytime I try to access the statement of account for my Mastercard the computer tells me that I have two attempts remaining and I have not even started. Then when I try to re-enter my card number and password the computer tells me I have exceeded the three attempts. It is very annoying. I want to go paperless but you keep changing your system and it is causing me a lot of inconvenience.

  • I would like to request my statement of account for the month of May 2018. Also I could not access on the eStatement online account this time.

  • I have not received my SOA for the last 2 months of April-May 2018 through mail. Kindly send it since I have a hard time enrolling to your paperless transaction.
