Sky Howzapp Competition Terms & Conditions :
1. By entering this competition you accept these terms and conditions and agree to follow the instructions on how to enter (if there is any inconsistency between the information on how to enter and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail). References to “terms and conditions” mean these terms and conditions and the privacy policy below, and references to “SKY” means Sky Network Television Limited.

2. Howzapp is open to residents of New Zealand only. SKY employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, advertising agencies, employees of and their associated companies are eligible to play in the competition but ineligible to win prize money.
3. All entries become the property of SKY. SKY is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries.
4. Entries can be made via the SKY TV or SKY SPORT Facebook page Howzapp app.
5. Competition is open from Wednesday 11th February 2015.
6. Entries close Sunday 29th March 2015.
7. To enter the competition simply visit the Howzapp application on the SKY TV or SKY SPORT Facebook page, and pick how and when the first wicket will be taken for each innings of the 49 games of the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup.
8. There is $500 to be won for each match innings of the first 48 games of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, and $1,000 for each match innings of the Final on March 29, 2015. If more than one player picks how and when the first wicket will be taken correctly, the prize money will be shared equally across all the winners. Prize money will be distributed to the winners at the end of the competition.
9. Results of each match innings will be published shortly after the first wicket is taken.
10. Prize winners will be contacted at the end of the competition by phone or email and will be asked to provide verification of their bank account details for their prize winnings to be deposited. Winners will have 21 days to provide this verification after the competition has closed. SKY takes no responsibility in the event these details are not provided. Where details are provided they will remain strictly confidential and only be used for this singular payment.
11. The winner acknowledges that, to the extent permitted by law, SKY accepts no responsibility or liability (including in negligence) to any person for any harm, damage, illness, injury, cost, loss, damage, expense or claim which may occur as a result of the winner winning or using the prize. The winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk and agrees to indemnify SKY against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill) and any claim arising from their own actions in any way in connection with the prize.
12. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. By accepting the prize, the winner’s parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms and conditions.
13. The names of the winners may be displayed on SKY’s website or for Facebook communications to promote the competition.
14. SKY’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. SKY reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update these terms and conditions on without notice.

1. SKY may use competition entrants personal information which it will hold on its database for further 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup related communications. SKY will use this personal information to notify the prize winner and to verify the prize winner’s identity. Requests to access, update or correct any personal information, or for removal of personal information from SKY’s database, should be directed to SKY’s office at 10 Panorama Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland. All personal information will be dealt with in accordance with SKY’s privacy policy which can be found at: http://www.skytv.co.nz. All entrants acknowledge and agree that such information may be held by SKY for as long as SKY is legally entitled to use the information for the above purposes.
