How To Check Korea Visa Application Status?

You can check the Visa Application Status in Korea Visa Portal. Go to the official website of Korea Visa.

Click Check Application Status link.


Step 1 : Select Type of applications
** Diplomatic office
** e-Visa(Individual)
** e-Visa (Group)
** Confirmation of Visa Issuance
** Visa Application Center

Step 2 : Select Application Number or Receipt Number or Passport Number and enter details according to your selection
Step 3 : Enter your Name in English
Type your name as shown in your passport.
Step 4 : Enter your Date of Birth
Step 5 : Click Submit Button

Confirmation of Korea Visa Issuance

A sponsor or a travel agency completes the application for the confirmation of visa issuance on behalf of its applicant through the Visa Portal without visiting the Korean Immigration Office.

Once the application is approved, the applicant can quickly obtain his/her visa at a Korean diplomatic mission in his/her country of residence.

Notes :
** Despite the standard visa fee regulations, fees may be differently applied according to international practices, the principle of reciprocity, national agreements, or in the cases deemed necessary by the Enforcement Decree of the Ministry of Justice.

** Visa fee for a Chinese group tourist whose visa is applied by a designated travel agency is USD 15/person.
** Visa fee for a C-3 single visa for Vietnamese is approximately USD 30.

** Since the visa fee covers the costs related to the visa application review such as processing and evaluation, your application fee will not be refundable even if your application is denied.

e-Application fee :
Visa application fees processed on the Visa Portal must be paid in USD. If you pay your visa application fee with a credit card, the amount that you pay may be different from the amount you are billed according to the exchange rate.

Surcharge :
If you pay your visa fee on the Visa portal, you will be charged additional fees for credit card usage and electronic payment services.

Single-entry Visa : You can enter once before the expiry date
Double-entry Visa : You can enter twice before the expiry date (6 months)
Multiple-entry Visa : You can enter unlimited times before the expiry date (1 year, 3 years, 5 years)
