Zimswitch enables you to transact anywhere on line. as long as one is registered for internet banking with their respective banks they are able to check their balance online, they are able to transfer funds to other banks, Through Vpayments a person is able to Purchase goods & services online with their ZimSwitch accredited debit card.

Once one is signed up with Vpayments they are able to shop securely with any Vpayments enabled online store. A registered Vpayments user is also able to view and manage transaction history including dispute resolution from the comfort of their own home.

In order to register all you require is an existing bank account with one of the participating financial institutions.
Sign up as a Customer:
** Purchase goods & services online with your ZimSwitch accredited debit card.
** Sign up once with Vpayments and shop securely with any Vpayments enabled online store.
** View & Manage transaction history including dispute resolution from the comfort of your own home.
Steps:
** Click the register button at the top left of this page to start creating your Vpayments account
** Fill in your contact details and choose a password.
** Make sure you get your email address right, as you will need to receive an email from us to continue.
** In order to pay for products and services online, you will need a Zimbabwe bank card with one of our enabled financial institutions (see list here)
** Once you have your card to hand, choose your bank and enter the number printed on your card (along with an expiry date if your card has one).
** Click Register and an email will be sent to your nominated email address.
** Click the link in your email to confirm that this email address belongs to you.
** After clicking the link in your email, a random debit of less than $1.00 will be deducted from your card.
** Check your bank statement to find this small debit (Look for Vpayments in the description) and return to the page linked in your email to enter the random amount and confirm that this card belongs to you.
** Visit one of our online merchants (see list here) or one of our bill payment providers (see list here), and choose to check out with Vpayments.
** Enter the email address and password you chose in Step 2, then select the card you added in Step 3.
** Click Pay and the funds will be sent from your card to the merchant instantly!
