How To Register Your Employees in Brunei?
It is the responsibility of the Employer to register the Employees. This can be done via online service platform, e-Amanah.

Steps:
Employee Registration:
** Log into e-Amanah.
** Click Manage in the profile section.
** Click Add New to register new Employees.

Existing Member Registration:
** Select Existing Member tab and complete the online registration form.
** Ensure all fields with red asterisks (*) are filled in.
** Click Add.
Note:
Employee with an existing SPK Self-Employed account is considered as an existing member.
New Member Registration:
** Select New Member tab and complete the online registration form.
** Ensure all fields with red asterisks (*) are filled in. Note: Employers are required to upload and attach a copy of new member (Employee) identity card.
** Once completed, tick the declaration box and click Create.
** Click YES to confirm Employee registration
Note:
Confirmation email will be sent to Employee’s registered email.
Resign Employee:
** Click Manage in profile section.
** Fill in the resigned Employee’s Name or ID Number and click Search.
** Once the Employee details has appeared, click Edit.
** To resign an Employee, change their status from ACTIVE to RESIGNED.
** Ensure to update fields mark with red asterisk (*). Click Update.
** Click on YES to confirm.
Note:
** Employee’s status will be changed to Resigned.
** Employee will receive an email regarding employee’s TAP status with the company.

Ensure registration as an Employer:
Upon registration of company under Registry of Companies and Business Names (ROCBN), your company will be automatically registered to TAP. A company registered before 2009 will be required to apply via TAP’s online service portal, e-Amanah.
Ensure Employees are registered:
For existing Employee registration (Employees already registered with TAP): Please log in to e-Amanah to update the Employee’s details. For new member registration (Employees who have never been registered with TAP): Please log in to e-Amanah to register and ensure to upload a copy of the Employee’s identity card.
Submission of Contributions for Employers and Employees:
All Employee matters such as registration and contribution payments can be completed via TAP’s online service portal, e-Amanah.
