What is DFA Apostille Application & Appointment System?

The Apostille Appointment and Application System (AAAS) is the official online portal managed by the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for the authentication of public documents for use abroad. You can access the system directly through the Official DFA Apostille Portal to begin your application.

How To Access DFA Apostille Application & Appointment System?

You may avail the online appointment facility if you are:
** Document owners or document of immediate family members; or;
** Authorized Representatives that are not family related to the document owner (i.e. liaison officers).

To process, the authorized representative has to bring the following:
** Signed authorization letter (SPA for minor document owners)
** Copy of valid government ID bearing document owner’s signature
** Representative’s valid ID (photocopy and original)

Note:
** Certifications for documents issued by Philippine Embassies/Consulates and Foreign Embassies in the Philippines may only be done at DFA Aseana
** This appointment and scheduling system allocates slots on a first come, first served basis. Users accept the responsibility for supplying, checking, and verifying the accuracy and correctness of the information they provide on this system in connection with their application. Incorrect or inaccurate information supplied may result in forfeiture of authentication application.
** The available appointment slots are limited to stem the transmission of COVID-19 and to comply with IATF mandated health protocols.
** Your preferred date and time may not always be available. We apologize for any inconvenience as we continue to improve our services.

DFA Apostille Application & Appointment Fee

Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with individuals offering their assistance to expedite your appointment for a fee. There are no expedited appointments. The DFA’s online appointment system charges a fee of ₱200.00, which includes the cost of one (1) document you are requestingas long as you complete the payment and successfully book your appointment.

The fee will be automatically accounted to the first document listed in your request, based on the order of submission. You will still need to pay for the remaining documents on the day of your appointment

You must complete the payment within 1 hourof booking your appointment. Submission of falsified documents, including the Appointment Slip, will be dealt with accordingly. Authorized representatives are only allowed to apply for the documents of FIVE (5) DOCUMENT OWNERS.
