Online Scheduling of Inspections of Private Cars & Bikes :

Welcome to the eTCD system. TCD now supports online scheduling of inspections and examinations and the re-licensing of private cars and bikes.

Please complete the following information to register for an account. If the information submitted is verified you will receive an email verifying this submission. Upon receiving the email you must click on the link in the email to activate and login to your account.

If your information is not verified, you will receive an error notification in the messages box at the top of this screen. If you receive an error please all of your information to verify that it is correct. If you are still experiencing problems, please click here to submit this problem to TCD.

Request Company Access:
Please complete all of the following information to register for company access to the eTCD Appointment Management System. After you submit this information you will receive a username and temporary password via email within 3 business days. Upon receipt you will be able to login and Create, cancel, and channge appointments for all of your vehicles.

If you received an mail with an account activation code, you may enter that account number along with your username. If your information is correct, your account will be activated and you will be allowed to log in to the Appointment Management System. If your information is rejected, please contact TCD at etcdhelp@gov.bm for resolution.
