Q: Who are qualified to register in the Phil-JobNet?
A: Job Applicant: Any individual looking for a job who is at least 15 years old may register as a job applicant in the Phil-JobNet.
Employer/Establishment: Any establishment/employer duly recognized by Philippine business authorizing agencies and with existing Tax Identification Number (TIN) can register in the E-PJN. Any person of legal age duly authorized by the employer/establishment can transact a business for registration to the E-PJN.

Q: Do I have to pay to register at Phil-JobNet?
A: No, Phil-JobNet service is FREE of charge for both job applicants and establishments.

Q: I’ve been registered before in the old Phil-JobNet, do I need to register again in the E-JN?
A: Yes. All users are required to sign up using a valid and active e-mail address to be used as unique user account, for email notification purposes, and for password retrieval in case of forgotten password. Your personal information from the old version can be retrieved by providing the system with the correct password during registration to claim your identity.

Q: What if I don’t have an e-mail account or a computer with internet to access the E-PJN?
A: Jobseekers may visit the nearest Public Employment Service Office (PESO) usually located at the Municipality/City/Provincial Hall in their area to assist them in registration, job search, and referral.

Q: Our company has been accredited from the old version of Phil-JobNet. Do we need to submit again the required documents for accreditation?
A: No. All records from the old version were migrated to the enhanced version. However, if establishments’ Tax Identification Number (TIN) found to be erroneous, establishment’s authorized representatives are required to submit the BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303) for verification.

Q: What are the requirements before an establishment/employer can post job vacancies and view prospective candidates’ profile?
A: Establishments wanting to post job vacancies and search for prospective candidates must submit the following documentary requirements for them to be considered ‘accredited’ and thereby proceed with posting and viewing of information in the portal:
1. BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303); and
2. Any of the following documents, as applicable:

In case these menus are not available, you possibly do not have the accredited establishment represented and approved establishment associated. You may contact the nearest DOLE Regional or Field Office (through the url: https://www.dole.gov.ph/) and submit the required documents

Q: I’m a representative of an establishment, how can I exclude my profile in job matches?
A: Login to the E-PJN website using your registered e-mail address and password. Select “Personal Settings” under the “Profile” top navigation menu to display the General Settings page. At the left navigation menu, click the “As Applicant” tab to view available settings. Uncheck the tick box that corresponds to “Include me in job matches” and “Send job offers via email” then click the Save button. This will temporarily hide the “Job Applicant” top navigation menu.

Q: How do I pre-register in a Job Fair event?
A: To avoid the filing-up of registration form during the job fair event, job applicants may register online. Just simply select the desired Job Fair schedule for the month and click the “Signup” button to confirm your registration.

Q: Can I use the PESO ID account and password from the old Phil-JobNet to log-in in the enhanced Phil-JobNet?
A: No. All users of enhanced Phil-JobNet will pass through a sign-up, which is a one-time process to gain full access to the system. PESO and RO user account will be associated to one PESO ID, which mean that every PESO ID can have more than one user accounts. This will help in monitoring who encoded and updated certain record and generate the number of records encoded by specific user.
