What is Pag-IBIG Fund Online Registration System?

Pag-IBIG Fund Online Registration System enables individual to register with the Fund and secure their Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number or update their registration information.

This system caters to existing and prospective members of the Fund, who intends to register and complete/update their member’s information.

1. Select the Register as New Member option:
** For prospective members and/or first time registrants of the fund.
** For Members issued a Pag-IBIG MID number only (No security code)

2. Select the View Registration Information option for registered members using the Registration Tracking Number issued during registration.

3. Select the Update Registration Information using the POP Temporary ID Number option for POP members with POP Temporary ID Number.

4. Select the Update Registration Information using the Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number option for members issued an HDMF Transaction card.

Employer Registration

This service is for Employers who intend to register with the Fund to secure their Pag-IBIG Employer ID Number and to regularly update their information.

HDMF Employers Online Registration System!:
As key partners of Pag-IBIG Fund in providing quality service and benefits to its Fund members, employers are enjoined to register with the Fund to secure their Pag-IBIG Employer ID Number and to regularly update their information via the following options in this registration system:
1. Select the Register Main Office option if the arrangement for remittance of contributions is centralized or is remitted by a single office as the Head Office or the Main branch.

2. Select the Register Branch Office option if the arrangement for remittance of contributions is decentralized or is remitted by each office/branch of an employer. The Registration Tracking Number (RTN) of the Head Office is required to register a branch office.

3. Select the Change Employer Information option to amend your registration details pending issuance of your Pag-IBIG Employer ID number.

How To Verify OFW Member’s Contribution?

This service allows OFW members to view their member savings with the Fund.

Kasambahay Unified Registration:
One-stop-shop for Household employers to register their Kasambahay to the 3 participating social security agencies namely Pag-IBIG, SSS and PhilHealth.

Housing Loan Payment Verification:
This service allows existing housing loan borrowers to check their housing loan balance and view their payments. Borrowers may also enroll to the Paperless Housing Loan Billing Services to receive the Billing Statement via eMail.

Housing Loan Application:
This service allows members with assigned Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) or Registration Tracking No (RTN) to accomplish and submit their Housing Loan Application online.

Developer’s Online Housing Loan Application:
This service enables accredited developers to accomplish and submit Housing Loan Applications on behalf of the prospective borrowers.

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to use the Pag-IBIG Fund Online Registration System:
1. Go to the Pag-IBIG Fund website: https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/.
2. Click on the “E-Services” tab.
3. Select the option for “Membership Registration.”
4. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Fill out the registration form with your personal information, contact information, and employment information.
6. Upload a clear copy of your valid ID and proof of employment.
7. Review the information you have entered and make any necessary corrections.
8. Submit the registration form.
9. You will receive an email confirmation with your Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) number.
10. You can now use your MID number to access the Pag-IBIG Fund Online Services.
