E-Payment Bank Information:

On an interim basis, only the following Metrobank cards starting with 263, 504946 and 589282 can be used. Other Metrobank ATM/debit cards will be available in the near future.(i.e cards purchased cannot be used on Bancnet Online System until further notice)

For PSBank, these cards are not enabled by Bancnet thus far, 519597 and 529978, also MasterCard debit cards.

In response to your inquiry, accessing or requesting a bank statement over BancNetOnline is not possible.

Furthermore, if you wish to get a statement of account, please visit your depository branch. However, you may use transaction log to check your last 10 financial transactions you made at BancNetOnline for the past 2 months. All transactions made outside BancNetOnline cannot be viewed using this facility.

How can I access my checking account via BancNetOnline since I do not have my ATM card number and ATM PIN?:
In response to your inquiry, only ATM Peso accounts can be accessed via BancNetOnline.

I cannot access my RCBC Savings Bank account thru internet (Invalid Card / PIN):
If you wish to inquire your balance, please go to www.bancnetonline.com and select RCBC Savings Bank from the list of banks. You will be required to enter the card number, PIN and member number to complete the transaction. To get the member number, kindly check your ATM card, as you can see there is a number embossed beside the word ATM in the ATM card. This is your member number (Example: ATM 1, you enter 1 in the member number field).

I cannot access my Allied Bank account thru internet (Invalid Card / PIN):
If you wish to inquire your balance, please go to www.bancnetonline.com and select Allied Bank from the list of banks. You will be required to enter the card number, PIN and member number to complete the transaction. To get the member number, kindly check your ATM card, as you can see there is a number embossed below your name in the ATM card. This is your member number (Example 01, you enter 1 in the member number field).

How can I access my Citystate Savings Bank account?
If your account is an ATM account, you can access it via BancNetOnline website (www.bancnetonline.com). You can inquire your balance by accessing BancNetOnline www.bancnetonline.com and select Citystate Bank from the list of banks. You will be required to enter the card number, and PIN to complete the transaction.

Why can’t I view my application form?
In order to view an application form you need to have at least acrobat reader 7.0 installed on your computer.

Why can’t I print my application form?
This could be due to an unistalled or turned off printer, check printer settings. if multiple printers are installed make sure printer being selected is online.

What are the consequences if I don’t register online?
You wont be able to use the NSW features such as: do multiple applications, check the status of submitted application forms, etc.

Can I change my password anytime? If yes, how?
Yes. Go to “My Profile” link on the “Dashboard” page and click the “change password” link found below the “logout” tab. Key in your Old password, then provide the system with your new password. Confirm by typing your new password again, then click on the “Update” button.

Can I update multiple applications and submit them at a later date?
Yes. All filled-out application forms will be automatically saved for future updates or submission. Please refer to the HELP topic “How do i save my unsubmitted application form/s”
