The TESDA Online Program (TOP) aims to make technical education more accessible to Filipino Citizens thru the use of internet technology.

It provides a more effective and efficient way to deliver technical education and skills development services to the majority with less cost and more reach.
The program is created for students, out-of-school youths, unemployed adults, workers, professionals, overseas Filipino workers who would like to take TESDA courses at their own pace and at their own time at the comfort of their desktops or laptop computers.

Hi! For full access to courses you’ll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site. Each of the individual courses may also have a one-time “enrolment key”, which you won’t need until later.
New Account
** Fill out the New Account form with your details.
** An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
** Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
** Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
** Now, select the course you want to participate in.
** If you are prompted for an “enrolment key” – use the one that your teacher has given you. This will “enrol” you in the course.
** You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
FAQ On TESDA Online Program
Do I need to pay tuition in order to enroll?:
The TESDA Online Program is available for FREE, you do not have to pay tuition in order for you to access the courses.
Do we get a certificate of training after completing the online course?:
We have developed the online courses for access by as many Filipinos as possible. We are not yet giving any training certificate.
However once you finish the course and if you think you are ready, you may take the face-to-face assessment for National Certification at any TESDA accredited assessment center or venue.
Who do I contact for technical support?:
For any inquiries or questions on the course you may post them in the discussion forum or blog sections of the TOP site.

I would like to have a Tesda certificate on HVAC.
May I ask if I still have to take the entire course though I've been working on and off abroad working as HVAC technician. Kindly advice me on this matter. Thank you very much in advance.
