Payment for Sewerage/BT Internet Leaseline?
Use Bills and Other Payment Category to make payment for Sewerage and Bhutan Telecom Internet Leasedline. After e-Payment is successful, share the e-Payment success report to the concern stakeholder.

One-One Error Message:
** INVALID RECEIVER IFSC CODE: IFSC issue for INR transaction, check with Bank on IFSC code.
** INVALID CHECK DIGIT: Beneficiary account number is wrong.
** TPN: XXXXXX is in-valid or in-active: This error will be displayed if TPN provided is wrong or the vendor has closed the TPN. If the vendor has deactivated the TPN, then he/she has to go to the nearest RRCO to re-activate the TPN.

Deposit Work:
You cannot give multiple deposit work using single voucher.

Transaction Acknowledgement Duration:
** One-One BOB Transaction: Transaction automatically initiates and receives acknowledgement every 2 minute.
** One-One GIFT Transaction: Uploads a file, and receives acknowledgement after 1 hour. If failed, download the File and check the error message. After rectifying the issue Re-Send the transaction.
** One-Many Transaction: Uploads a file, and receives acknowledgement after 1 hour. If failed, download the File and check the error message. After rectifying the issue Re-Send the transaction.

Remittance Type:
** TDS Remittances: Any Tax Deducted remittance to DRC.
** Non-TDS Remittances: Any remittance where there is no Tax head.
** Non-Tax Remittances: Remittance of Liquidated Damages/Tender Document Sale/Rent from Buildings/Workshops/Plots to DRC.

What is Personal Income Tax (PIT)?
PIT is a tax levied on the personal income of an individual from any or more of the six sources namely; salary income, rental income, dividend income, cash crop income, interest income and income from other sources i.e. hire of privately owned vehicles, plants, machinery and from intellectual property rights.

Who is liable to pay Personal Income Tax?
Bhutanese citizens,Residents and any other persons earning income in Bhutan from the six sources mentioned above shall be liable to pay PIT

Who should register for Personal Income Tax?
All citizens above 18 years of age and residents having personal income from one or more of the six sources during an income year shall register by filling the registration FORM PIT-1. The duly filled registration form shall be submitted to the RRCO where you prefer to be registered as the taxpayer. In case of married couples, both the spouses must choose the same RRCO for registration.
