DNEA Exam Results 2019

The following procedure should be followed when using the SMS services. Send a message which gives the name of the examination, e.g. JSC followed by the surname and first name of the candidate.

Example (a): JSC part-time
The candidate full name Kaperu Ben or candidate number 192A120012

Example (b): NSSCH full-time
The candidate name Beukes Jane or candidate number 18HE252002

Send this information to any of the following numbers 2929, 99099 or 55755 and in response your surname, name and results will be displayed on the screen of your cell phone.

Both the websites and the SMS service will become active on, Friday, 20 December 2019 at 00:15 minutes after midnight.

All candidates who were registered for the 2019 National Examinations are reminded to have their candidate numbers nearby in order to be able to access their results. Regional offices will provide a service during office hours by supplying the results from the broadsheets to candidates and relatives who personally visit the Regional offices or phone the numbers given on the list below.

About Ministry of Education:
The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture has made good progress with the marking and processing of the examination data and will be able to officially release the provisional Grade 12 (NSSC) Higher Level for full-time and part-time candidates and Grade 10 (JSC) for part-time candidates on 20 December 2019.

This year 20 605 candidates comprising of 18 649 full-time and 1 956 part-time candidates were registered for NSSC Higher Level subjects. The number of Higher Level candidates increased by 2 637 (12.8%) when compared to 2018.

This year is the last year for the Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) (Grade 10) examination on part-time level. This year 9 566 part-time candidates were registered for JSC examination. The number of Grade 10 part-time candidates decreased by 1 656 (14.8%) when compared to 2018 entries for part-time candidates.
