Step 1: Identify visa type – Choose the right visa for your trip
Each application must comply with the guidelines applicable for your visa category.
If your documents are not in English , you may need to get translations prepared before applying.
Step 2: Begin your application

Once you are ready to apply, download the Application form D Type (Long Term) or Application form C Type (Short Term) as applicable, complete it, print the completed form, and bring it with you to the Visa Application Centre for submission.
Bring necessary documents as per respective visa categories checklist.
Alternatively, You can save time during your visa appointment by getting your visa application form and documents reviewed online before coming to the centre with Digital Document Check . Select the service while booking your appointment.
Step 3: Book an appointment – Choose a Visa Application Centre
Once you have filled your visa form, you can drop off at the visa application center with no need to book an appointment. Please check opening hours.
Step 4: Pay your fees

Once you have made your application, you will need to pay your visa application fee.
If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, payment can be made at the time of your appointment.
You will have to pay the Visa fee at the Visa Application Centre in Cash at bank counter.
Step 5: Track your application – Stay informed about the progress of your application
You will receive a phone call (given you are reachable at your contact number provided by you during application submission) when your decision has been returned to the Visa Application Centre. Would like more detailed tracking information, you may also be able to get updates by SMS and e-mail notification (payable) sent directly to your phone and mail ID.

All adult applicants need to collect the passport by themselves.
Legal guardians to collect the passport of under 18 years old applicants.
Original receipt and a photo identity document must bring to the center during collection.
