Aquaculture Permit (Fish Farming) :

This permit is required for persons who wish to engage in the culture of aquatic organisms, including fish farming.

Eligibility :
The applicant must possess or have access to the expertise necessary to engage in aquaculture.

Process :
** Complete relevant application form.
** Attach a detailed proposal to the application form, along with other supporting documents.
** Submit completed application form, supporting documents and detailed proposal to the Department of Marine Resources.

** Completed application form.
** Detailed proposal.
** Copies of passport of all persons named on the application.
** Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment of the Proposal.
** Approval from the National Economic Council where there are foreign nationals investing in the sector.
** Proof of access to the land and/or sea bed where the fish farming is to be conducted.
