Issuance of a sales permit for a license in Sharjah

Required Documents:
** Sales Permit form
** A printed detailed price statement report which includes the following: item name and number – cost-price – price before clearance – clearance price – clearance rate
** Samples of advertising material prior to printing, including an Arabic copy
** The presence of the investor or his accredited representative
How to get it:
** The investor or his representative need to be present
** The required documents are to be presented to the Sales and Promotions employee
** After the procedure is done and the receipt voucher is paid the permit is printed
** The permit is to be hanged in a clear place in the establishment

Fair (Exhibition) Permit :
Introduction :
Issuance of a Fair/Exhibition permit for a license from Sharjah or any other Emirate
Required Documents :
** Fair permit form
** A letter in Arabic which includes: contents of the fair – number of participants – dates of commencement and termination – location – space
** A ‘No Objection’ letter from the concerned parties (Location owner, Civil Defense Department..etc)
** If there is an accompanying promotional campaign a permit for this must be obtained Samples of the advertising materials prior to printing
How to get it :
** The investor or his representative need to be present
** The required documents are presented to the Sales and Promotions employee
** After the procedure is done and the receipt voucher is paid, the permit is printed
The permit is to be hanged in a clear place in the establishment

Issuance of a kiosk or counter for a license :
Required Documents :
** Kiosk or counter permit form
** A letter of approval from the center or the siteon which the kiosk or the counter will be built, including type of activity, the period allowed and the rental value
** A copy of a valid trade license of the establishment which owns the kiosk or the counter, issued by Sharjah or any other Emirate
** A picture of the kiosk or counter and a map that defines its location inside the center or the site
** For selling food products, the approval of Food Control Section – Department of Public Health at Sharjah Municipality is needed
** For selling medical and therapeutic products, the approval of the Ministry of Health in Sharjah must be obtained

The Emirate of Sharjah is located at a longitude of 55 degrees and 25 East, and a latitude of 25 degrees and 22 North.
