Enrollment:
This function enables you to enroll online for Internet Banking without the bank’s assistance.

From the Login screen, click the Click Here link. The Self Enrollment screen displays.

Complete following fields with the appropriate information:
ATM Card # — Enter the number on your NBB ATM card.
Expiry Date — Using the Month and Year drop-down menus, specify your ATM card’s expiration date.
ATM Card Pin — Using the keypad, enter your Pin number and click the keypad’s Enter button.
CPR — Enter your CPR number.
Account Number — Enter your account number.
Email Address — Enter the email address where you wish to receive confirmation of your enrollment.
Mobile Phone — Enter your mobile phone number.
Read through the Terms and Conditions.
Click the checkbox to denote your agreement with the terms and conditions.
Click Accept Terms and Enroll for Online Banking. The Self Enrollment screen re-displays.
This time, complete the screen with the desired Name and Password.
Click Login.

If all the information you provided is acceptable, the system displays a confirmation screen and sends an enrollment confirmation message to the email address you specified above.

At this time, you can click the Login button to access the Login screen.

Logging Into the System:

Using this window, perform these procedures to log on to the system:
** In the User ID field, enter your user name.
** Tab over to or click inside the Password field. A SignOn Password keypad window displays.
** Using the keypad, carefully select the characters for your password.

Note:
Whenever you need to toggle between capital and lower-case letters, be sure to click the displayed keypad’s Caps or Shift buttons. Do not use the Caps Lock or Shift buttons on your computer keyboard!

** Using the Take Me To drop-down menu, select the destination screen you wish to display once you’ve accessed the system.
** Optionally, click the Make this page my default destination page checkbox if you wish to access the selected default destination screen each time you log in.
** Click the Login button.
** The system activates the session and displays the requested destination screen.

Note:
The first time you log in after online enrollment, the system displays the Security Question Answers screen, which you must complete with a series of selected security questions and corresponding answers.

If this is the first time you’ve logged in after a password reset, the system immediately displays the Change Password screen, which requires you to select a new password.

Forgot User ID:
If you are trying to log on to the system but have forgotten your User ID, perform these steps:
** Click the Forgot Your Logon ID? link. The Forgot Logon ID screen displays.
** In the input field provided, enter your ATM Card Number.
** Click Next. One of your selected security questions displays.
** Enter the appropriate answer to the question and click Next. The system displays the Forgot Logon ID screen and sends you an email containing your Logon ID.
** Access your Logon ID from the email.
** From the Forgot Logon ID screen, click Continue. The Login screen re-displays.
** You can now log on to the system.

Forgot Password:
If you are trying to log on to the system but have forgotten your Password, perform these steps:
** Click the Forgot Your Password? link. The Password Reset screen displays.
** In the input field provided, enter your Logon (User) ID.
** Click Next. One of your selected security questions displays.
** Enter the appropriate answer to the question and click Next.
** The system re-displays the Password Reset screen, which includes the first half (leftmost) portion of your new password. The system also sends you an email containing the second half (rightmost) portion of your new password.
** Access the second half (rightmost) portion of your reset password from the email.
** From the Password Reset screen, click Continue. The Login screen re-displays.

Note:
You can now log on using the new system-assigned password. However, the system will immediately require you to select a new password.
