This application is designed by the Department of Lands and Surveys to provide easy parcel localization, spatial presentation and spatial navigation. The application uses Google services, such as “Google Earth” ?a? “Google Maps”, to provide certain features. Google has its own Terms of Use and other Policies. You agree to comply with such Terms and Policies, as well as these. If any such Term or Policy conflicts with the Terms, Agreements or Policies written below, you must comply with the latter.
1. The Department of Lands and Surveys may modify or change these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
2. The Department of Lands and Surveys may modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently the operation or any functionality of this application, at any time.
3. This application is free of software and all the rights for its content, as well as for its source code, belong to the Department of Lands Surveys and you’re not allowed to redistribute and/or modify it in any way.
4. You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any information or content, modified or unmodified. You’re not allowed to reproduce, distribute, transform or use this material in some other way, without a written consent by the Department of Lands and Surveys.
5. The spatial data provided by this application do not replace the “Official Cadastral Plan” in any way. User must consult the “Official Cadastral Plan”, regarding the geographic position of a parcel.
6. Information, such as the Town Planning Zones, belongs to the Department of Town Planning and Housing. For any enquiries, regarding such information, you’re advised to contact the competent department.
7. Geographic information data are being converted to Google geographic projection, however in many cases information may not match precisely their exact position in space.
8. It is likely, in both simple and / or advanced search, that the information returned by the application regarding parcels is incomplete. This may be due to the fact that there is no information, or may be due to technical problems for which constant efforts are being made to solve them.
9. Ownership information data is not available or exposed in any way.
10. We routinely monitor IP addresses of the computer from which users access the application. We use such data for statistical and security purpose only.
11. Application usage is limited to 50 queries daily and when limitation exceeded, the application will terminate its functionality for the next 24 hours.
