Returning Resident Registration :
Registration is according to the following steps :
** An Israeli citizen seeking to return to Israel must fill out the computerized registration form.
** One that is interested in employment assistance must also fill out the section in the form relating to this subject.

** It should be noted Israeli citizens may make the special payment from abroad or from Israel via the National Insurance Institute Payments website.
** An Israeli citizen who has filled out the employment questionnaire may be eligible for assistance from Ministry personnel while still residing abroad.
How to fill out the form :
** Fill out the personal details for all family members planning to return to Israel in the framework of the program.
** A person returning without his/her parents, who will be 17 years old on the day of return, must fill out a separate form.
** A registered person who is 18 years old and over on the day of return (even if he/she returns with his parents) – must fill out a separate form.
** A registered person may fill out the form only once.
** For filling out the form you will need the following documents :Identity cardPassports Curriculum vitae
** The form is supported by a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 and higher.
** The form is supported by Internet Explorer 8,9.
** The form is supported by Firefox 25 & Google Chrome 31.
** The form is supported by the Microsoft Windows XP operating system and higher.
** In certain cases (for instance if your browser has a toolbar installed, or certain extensions etc.) you might need to press the Ctrl key on your keyboard along with click on your mouse (Ctrl+Right Click).
Filling Out the Employment Assistance Form :
** Registration for employment assistance is only after completing the initial .
** You may also register for employment assistance at a later time.
** Employment assistance is given in three areas :
** Registration through the employment assistance form is on a personal basis.
** Those eligible to register for assistance :
** The individual filling out the form (head of the family) with an Israeli ID number.
** A spouse returning to Israel with an Israeli ID number.
** You may only fill out the form for employment assistance after completing the registration form.
** A registered person may fill out the form only once.
** For filling out the form you will need to provide the curriculum vitae of both the person registering and his/her spouse.
