Enjaz Online e-Payment Services Agreement

1 – Service :
Enjaz Information Technology the company mandated to provide on-line services. You shall pay to Enjaz for processing visa applications online.

You are fully aware that the Services shall only include the electronic processing of the visa applications, and obtaining it’s approval or rejection, but shall not include the regular government visa charge which shall be paid subsequently getting a visa application approved to the Saudi Embassy or Consulate (if any).

The payment can be made online through (Visa & MasterCard) credit cards. All fee payments made using the e-payment System for “Banking Service Fee” and to the benefit of Enjaz for “Visa Processing Fee” are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2 -Modification in the terms of the Agreement:
We reserve the right to amend the Agreement and modify or discontinue all or part of the System, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and are not obligated to support or update the System.

The amended Agreement shall automatically become effective immediately after they are initially posted on this System.

Your continued use of the System after the posting of the amended Agreement on the System constitutes your affirmative
(a) acknowledgement of the Agreement and its modifications; and
(b) agreement to abide and be bound by the terms of the Agreement, as amended.

Should you object to any modifications of the terms of Agreement, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the System and/or Services.

3 – Intellectual Property Rights :
The System is proprietary to us. All the text, images, marks, logos and other content of the System (“System Content”) is proprietary to us or to third parties from whom we have obtained permission or licensed.

4 – Termination :
We may modify or terminate the System or the Agreement in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit or suspend access to the System at any time for any reason up to Enjaz sole discretion.

5- Information Security :
We shall permit access to your information and may accept as authentic any instructions given to us, and you agree on.

We reserve the right to :
(1) monitor and/or record all communications and activity related to the Services; and
(2) require verification of all requested transfers and payments as we deem appropriate. Our records will be final and conclusive in all related questions.
