Q-Post can forward mail to a specified address within Qatar or internationally with the Follow Me service. Customers have the option of weekly, monthly or yearly delivery of forwarded mail.

Application Process:
Follow these steps to open a Follow Me account:
** Visit the Customer Service Unit of the General Postal Office in person. Alternatively, you may fax 44464280, call 44464446 or email customers@qatarposts.com to request for an application form.
** Fill in the application and submit it with all the required documents, including your ID.
** Deposit credit into your Q-Post account.
Service begins as soon as the form is processed.
Conditions:
The following special conditions apply:
** Business clients are required to provide a copy of the commercial registration, a signed letter from the company, and one photograph of the company’s representative.
** Both inward and outward P.O. Boxes must be owned by the same person if forwarding takes place within Qatar.
** The client must own a P.O. Box in Qatar in order to forward mail outside the country.
