This service is provided by the Ministry of Labour and allows job seekers who are registered with the Ministry to apply for unemployment insurance benefit. It also enables them to raise an appeal in the case of non-entitlement.

Users will be notified about their applications’ updates by e-mail. The service also enables registered users to check their eligibility status of the unemployment insurance benefit on a monthly basis.

You must be registered in the Unemployment Registration service in order to use this service.

** Enter your “Login Details” then click on “Submit” button
** Select the option you wish to apply for
** Follow the provided instructions and enter your details. Click “Submit” button to submit your request
** If you wish to view the status of a previous registration, please click on “Check Eligibility Status of Unemployment Insurance Benefit”
** If you wish to view the status of a previous appeal, please click on “Check Appeal Status”
