Through call centre :
** The customer contacts the call centre on the following number: 8009090
** The customer requests the service
** The customer receives an email confirming the booking (booking number and date)
** The customer heads to the station on the specified date and presents the email
** The customer is required to settle the fees.

** If the customer desires to book the water bus for more than 8 hours, he must contact the call centre
** The customer must book the trip 24 working hours in advance to make sure that the water bus is available
** The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has the right to change the fees at any time.

Renting Steps
1 – Visit website tajeer.rta.ae
2 – Complete the evaluation requirements.
3 – Agency team will contact clients within 48 Hrs.
4 – The agency receives the formal response from the client by acceptance or rejection.
5 – When it is rejected the application closes, and when it is accepted it is sent to operations to operate the services.
6 – After the end of the period of operation an actual evaluation report is obtained.
7 – The financial department issues the service invoice to the client.
8 – The client pays the service invoice depending on the invoice issued, whether in cash or checks.
9- The application closes.
