Please note that there are two application windows for SRE 1 January to 28 February, and 1 July to 31 August. Applications received outside an application window will be processed in the next window.

If you are currently registered as a READ and have enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme, you should submit a fresh application under SRE (Undergraduate) in REMS portal within a month of the date of your matriculation.

Please also email a copy of your matriculation card to the REMS Administrator at moe_rems [AT] moe.edu.sg for verification. MOE will review your eligibility to be considered for the SRE (Undergraduate) scheme.

If you are currently registered as a SRE (Undergraduate) and have obtained your degree, you should submit a fresh application under SRE (Graduate) in REMS portal within a month of the conferment of your degree.
