How To Retrieve SingPass ID?
This e-Service will take about 3 minutes to complete. You can use this online request service to retrieve your SingPass ID If you have forgotten your SingPass ID.

SingPass Terms of Use :
a. You understand that SingPass is intended to help you connect and transact with the Government of Singapore and statutory boards (collectively “Public Agencies”) online.
As there are inherent security risks on the Internet, you have carefully considered and accept the risks arising from the use of SingPass and its related e-services that are provided by Public Agencies.
b. You shall maintain secure possession of your SingPass account. If you know or suspect that the security of your SingPass account has been compromised, you must change your SingPass password and notify the SingPass operator immediately.
c. You shall be liable for all transactions conducted under your account if you disclose or share your SingPass account with anyone else (regardless of whether you receive payment for it), or you have compromised your account in any way.
d. The Public Agencies do not warrant or endorse any goods, services, information, accuracy or the privacy practice associated with any non-public sector websites (“Private Website”) even though the Private Website may require the use of SingPass.
e. You shall not hold the Public Agencies liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of any Private Website, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of reliance on the contents contained in or available from the Private Website.
f. You shall under no circumstances submit, upload or transfer any unauthorised files, codes, scripts (including but not limited to viruses or Trojan Horses), documents, and information, in the course of using SingPass and its related e-services that are provided by Public Agencies.
g. You shall under no circumstances modify, interfere with or intercept any transaction which is part of SingPass or its related e-services that are provided by Public Agencies (including but not limited to its authentication system and password issuance/reset services).
h. You understand that any non-compliance of these SingPass Terms of Use, whether intentionally or otherwise, may result in action being taken against you, including but not limited to a claim for compensation and civil and/or criminal liability.
i. As soon as you are aware of or have reason to suspect any vulnerability or potential weakness in the SingPass system, you shall immediately notify the SingPass operator in confidence.
