Using “Stamp OnNet” Service :
1. What is “Stamp OnNet”? What services does it provide?
“Stamp OnNet” is Hongkong Post’s online philatelic products ordering service, through which you can manage your “Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) account by performing functions like placing orders, checking account status and updating personal information, etc.

2. Can non-“Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) account holders get access to “Stamp OnNet” service?
“Stamp OnNet” is available to “Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) members only. To use “Stamp OnNet” service, you must have a LSOS account.

Any person resides in Hong Kong may apply for a LSOS account if he/she
(i) has a Hong Kong correspondence address and
(ii) purchases philatelic product(s) of HK$50 or above (including Special Delivery Service Charge).

If you are interested in subscribing as a member of LSOS and “Stamp OnNet”, please contact Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline at 2785 5711. From September 2005 onwards, you can also apply for a LSOS membership via “Stamp OnNet”.

3. Which languages does “Stamp OnNet” support?
“Stamp OnNet” supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.

Logon “Stamp OnNet” :
1. How can I register for the “Stamp OnNet” Service?
If you are a member of “Local Standing Order Service”(LSOS), you can register online for the “Stamp OnNet” Service. Once you have received the password, you can logon “Stamp OnNet” for its services.

2. What should I do when logon failed?
Logon failure may be caused by :
(1) repeated input of incorrect information;
(2) other technical problems.

Member can refer to “System Requirement” for information or call at Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline 2785 5711; our Customer Service Officer can be reached by pressing ‘0’ after selecting the language.

Ordering Philatelic Products :
1. Are there any deadline and quota arrangements for ordering philatelic products?
Quota arrangements vary according to the order placing time. Please refer to the latest order form and the relevant terms and conditions for details.

There are also deadlines for ordering philatelic products, normally set at seven weeks prior to the issue date of the product. To confirm the order deadline, please refer to the order form or contact Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline at 2785 5711.

2. How to pay for the orders?
Member can pay by credit card via “Stamp OnNet” or by sending crossed cheque (payable to “Postmaster General”) to Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau, 2/F, General Post Office, 2 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong.

You can also pay at post offices in cash, by cheque or credit card. Please note that payment in person by credit card at post offices is subject to a minimum amount of HK$300 per payment.

3. Can I authorise other person to collect the orders for me?
“Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) account holder can collect his/her orders in person or authorise a representative to collect on his/ her behalf. Appointment of representative must be registered in advance.

No matter the orders are collected by the account holder or the appointed representative, he/ she must produce the account card and his/her Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Juvenile Identify Card upon collection.

4. How can I collect the orders placed through “Stamp OnNet”?
Member can choose to collect the orders at :
(1) designated post office (except mobile post office) or
(2) via Special Delivery Service (Special Delivery Service Charge is required)

Member or the appointed representative can collect the orders at the designated post office during the collection period upon presentation of account card and his/her Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Juvenile Identify Card.

If Special Delivery Service is opted, the products ordered will be delivered to the specified local delivery address within six working days from the issue date.
