Tablet Banking FAQs :
How do I logon?
** Logging on to Tablet Banking app is easy.
Simply :
1. Enter your 16-digit credit or debit card number or the Customer Access Number provided when you first opened your accounts with Bank of Melbourne.
2. Enter your 4-6 digit number security number you created when first setting up Internet Banking
3. Enter your Internet Banking password
4. Click the Logon button
** You can choose to save your card/access number and security number. Simply tick ‘Remember me’.

How do I transfer funds or make a payment?
There are two ways to transfer funds or make a payment from the accounts screen:
** On the accounts screen tap ‘Transfer and pay’
** Select the ‘From’ account
** Select who to pay (you can also search for the payee), the amount and the payment date.
Or
** Touch the ‘From Account’ until the coin appears.
** Drag the coin toward the account you want to transfer money into.
** Drop the coin into that account.
** The funds transfer screen will appear with the ‘From Account’ and ‘To Account’ pre-populated based on your selection and follow the prompts.

How do I make a BPAY payment?
** On the accounts screen tap ‘Transfer and Pay’.
** Select the ‘From’ account

From here you have two options :
** In the ‘To’ field, tap on the Billers icon then scroll through the list and select the correct BPAY biller.
** To add a new BPAY biller tap ‘Add new’ (on the right of the search box)
** Use the Search box, just start typing the BPAY name or Biller Code and then choose from the selection shown.
** Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
