Tip: Sign up for an account to better manage your eRegistrations. Benefits include:

The MFA eRegister system is a free service provided by the MFA to all Singapore citizens who travel or reside overseas.

1) Auto-population of your personal details.
2) Retrieve and amend current eRegistration.
3) Reuse the details of up to the last five eRegistrations.

What is the eRegister :
Regardless of whether you are travelling abroad for study, work or leisure, the eRegister system allows you to record information about your travel itinerary abroad. The information you provide us will allow us to contact you in order to make sure that you are safe and, if need be, assist you should an emergency (eg natural disasters, civil unrest, etc).

2. How do I eRegister :

It only takes a few minutes to eRegister your contact details and travel plans online via the internet.
a. If you are an existing account holder, simply login here to retrieve, update/amend your previous eRegister records with your current travel details.
b. If you do not have an account, but wish to sign up, click here.
c. If you do not wish to sign up, you will be considered as a new eRegistrant each time you eRegister and will not be able to retrieve your past eRegister records for updating or amendments.

You will need to provide the following information to complete your eRegister record.
a. Your personal particulars and those travelling with you (if you are travelling as a group);
b. Your travel itinerary, including accommodation, contact information and duration of stay in the country/cities you are visiting; and
c. Contact person’s particulars in Singapore who we can contact in case of a crisis/emergency.

3. Other advice :

Should you decide not to eRegister, we strongly encourage you to make the following arrangements before leaving for your trip;
a. leave a detailed travel itinerary and contact details with members of your family, colleagues or friends in Singapore;
b. purchase comprehensive travel insurance which includes medical evacuation in case you encounter any unexpected emergencies: and
