To enroll, you will need the following :
A. Account number associated with your social security number

C. Your email address on file with Bank of Anguilla (If not yet on file, please email your email address to AskUs [AT] bankofanguilla.com)

Step-by-step NetTeller enrollment :
1. Go to bankofanguilla.com
2. At top right “NetTeller Online Banking,” click on “Enroll”

3. You will be asked to enter items A, B, C shown above. (All accounts are considered “Retail.”)
4. Enter additional personal information.

5. Click on “Send Email Verification”
6. Go to your email account and respond to email from “AskUs [AT] bankofanguilla.com”

7. Click link in email. (Must be done on same device used to start enrollment.)
8. You will be assigned a NetTeller ID. Please print, then click, “Login”

1. What Can I Do Using Netteller?
With NetTeller you have access to your Bank of Anguilla accounts from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere you have access to the Internet.

NetTeller allows you to :
** View current account information
** Transfer funds among your Bank of Anguilla accounts

** Make your loan payments
** Print a statement copy
** View check images

2. What Accounts Can I View?
You can view the following accounts with NetTeller : Checking, Savings, Money Markets, Certificate of Deposits, IRAs, Lines of Credit, Mortgages and Personal Loans.

3. How Do I Access Netteller?
The NetTeller program runs on a secure website. You need Internet access and your Internet browser must allow access to secure sites. In order to provide a solid security environment, we require that you use 128-bit encryption with your web browser.

4. What Transfers Can I Make?
You can transfer money between your personal Bank of Anguilla accounts to and from your other Bank of Anguilla accounts.

5. When Are Transfers Available?
Funds transferred between your Bank of Anguilla accounts using NetTeller will be updated in the available balance immediately, but the transaction detail will not be reflected until the next business day.

The transfer or payment cut-off time for current day’s business is 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Transfers or payments made on a holiday that Bank of Anguilla observes, will be posted on the next business day.

6. Is Netteller In Real Time?
The balances displayed on NetTeller for your accounts will change throughout the day based on your NetTeller activity as well as other banking activities that are completed throughout the day.

7. Any Transaction Limitations?
Although the number of checking account transactions is unlimited, there are some government imposed transaction limitations on Savings and Money Market accounts.

Preauthorized, automatic, or telephonic transfers, in the aggregate, are limited to 6 per statement cycle. An excess debit activity fee will be charged per item if you go over these limitations on your Savings and Money Market accounts.

8. Is My Information Secure?
We have extremely high standards to guarantee the security of your banking information online. Your banking information never travels the Internet without encryption protection.

Login sessions have a time-out limit, and after the limit is reached you are required to login again. Password guessing is deterred and reported.
