How To View NPHL Report Online?

1. Go to National Public Health Laboratory website and use your Name as Username and your LAB Number as your Password and click on Submit

2. The latest test report will be displayed
3. If you wish to view your previous report click on previous report just above the report

5. If you wish to change the Password click on change Password
6. Then input your old password and new password

About Us:

National Public health Laboratory (NPHL) is the government national reference laboratory under the Department of health services (DoHS) and Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

It is directly linked with different levels of 277 government laboratories in the country. It was established in 1968 as Central Health Laboratory.

The name was changed to National Public Health Laboratory in 1991 with the mandate for organizational and administration responsibilities for the health laboratory services (public health and clinical diagnostic) in both public and private sectors throughout the country.

Networking, Licensing, monitoring, supervision, capacity, strengthening and conducting research activities and NEQAS of the laboratories are the major functions of NPHL.

Currently, NPHL has facility of biosafety level (BSL) II lab with real time PCR (RT-PCR) which is in use for testing viral load & Avain Influenza including Swine flu.

Additional Simplified Procedure

You can view your NPHL Nepal report online by following these steps:
1. Go to the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) website at https://nphl.gov.np/.
2. Click on the “Patient Login” tab.
3. Enter your Patient ID as Username and your Lastname as your Password and click on the Submit button.
4. After login authentication, the following page with patient details, bill details and their respective tests with there status will be displayed.
5. Select the row with the bill no. of which report you wish to view in the left table. The tests done for that particular bill and their status will be shown in the right table.
6. To view the report, click on the preview button.

You can also view your NPHL Nepal report by phone or mail. To view your NPHL Nepal report by phone, you can call the NPHL customer service number at +977-1-5352421. To view your NPHL Nepal report by mail, you can send a letter to the NPHL with your Patient ID and the bill number.

Here are some of the requirements for viewing your NPHL Nepal report online:
** You must have a valid Patient ID.
** You must have the bill number of the test report you want to view.

Note:
The processing time for viewing an NPHL Nepal report online is typically 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your report has been generated.
