How it works :
** Dial #13# directly from your line, or #100# and select My balance
** Call 400 and select balance inquiry

** Login to your account on Orange official website and select My Account, My Credit then select “credit details”

Price :
** Receive the SMS Free once per day when dialing #13# or #100# or 400, any extra request will be EGP 0.10
** Free when login to official website

Balance Inquiry :
Check the remaining credit in your main balance and the units in your bucket.

** Call 400 from your mobile and choose option 2
** Login to your account Orange official website or My Orange application

After Call Notification :
Know the cost of your last call and the remaining credit or units in your balance.

Service details :
** You will receive the After Call Notification after any call
** 1 piaster will be added to call cost for every notification sent for any charged call

** For usage from prepaid daily buckets and Star Control, the After Call Notification will be sent for free
** Any free call; that is not deducted from your main balance, will be sent for free
