A New Users: Self Registration
1. Go to the Barclays Bank Uganda Website .barclays.co.ug
2. Click on Register For Internet Banking

3 You need the following to Self register :
1. Date of birth
2. ID number for ID document used when opening your account
3. Your Account number
4. You will be re-directed to the screen below

5. Key in the details in the fields
6 Tick in the tick box to Accept the Terms and conditions and Click on Next
7 You will receive a One Time Password(OTP) on your phone
8 Key it in as per screen below and click on next

9. Congratulations you have successfully registered for Barclays Internet Banking, please proceed with your transactions

B Existing Internet Banking user :
1. Go to the Barclays Bank Uganda Website Barclays.co.ug
2 Click on Internet Banking Login
3. Key in your existing Internet Banking username and password
4. Click on Login
5. You will receive a one time password(OTP)
6. Key it in and click on Next to login

Bir Bill Payment Guidelines :
1. After successful log in, click on the “Pay My Utility Bills” option
2. Select Payee Type “New Payee”
3. Select preferred Biller Type from the Drop Down List
4. Select preferred Biller from the Drop Down List

5. Enter Customer Number / Electricity Account Number or Yaka Number / DSTV Account Number or Smart Card Number / Beneficiary Phone Number depending on the type of bill you are paying.

6. Select “From” Account from the Drop Down List and Enter amount
7. Confirm displayed details and Click “Confirm” to proceed to the next screen
8. Enter secure code and click “Confirm” to complete

Bir Biller Registration Guidelines :
9. After successful log in, click on the “Pay My Utility Bills” option
10. Select “Manage My Payee”
11. Select “Add Payee”
12. Select Payee Type “Bill Payment” from Drop Down List

13. Enter Required Details for Biller Type, Biller, Customer Number, Area and Payee Nickname and click “Next”
14. Confirm Displayed details and select “Confirm”
15. Enter secure code and click “Confirm” to complete registration.
