I. Salefny :
Stay connected even if your balance is less than EGP 1. With Salefny, you can borrow from EGP 3 up to EGP 12 to make calls, send SMS’s or use the internet Pay as you consume package.

How it works :
Call 400 for free, press 2, then press 3 and select Salefny
Eligibility :
** This service is available to all Prepaid customers

** If you have been an Orange customer for minimum 3 months, you can borrow EGP 3
** To borrow up to EGP 12, you be have to an Orange customer for minimum 12 months.

Price :
Upon your next recharge, the amount borrowed will be deducted from your balance in addition to the EGP 0.50 service fees per transaction.

The added credit rates :
** Local calls : EGP 0.20 per minute
** SMS : EGP 0.30 to any local mobile or short number
** Mobile internet : “Pay as you consume” package price till your next recharge

Did you know?
The credit granted has no expiry date without extending your line validity.
Note : Salefny credit cannot be used to make international calls, roaming, transferring credit, or to get any online packages.

II. Pay For My Community :
No need for you to reject and call your family or friends back, just select any Orange number from your beloved ones and create your list and you will pay the calls.

About the new features :
Consumption Report Feature :
The consumption summary feature allows you to receive SMS with your current, weekly or monthly consumption for this service.
The limit feature : Allows you to set a monthly limit for this service consumption.

Deposit feature :
Allows an amount to be deducted from your credit now to be used later for this service in case you are out of credit. If you unsubscribe from the service and you have deposit, it will return to your main account.

Notification Feature :
You will be always notified after any call done by “Pay for My Community” service.
How it works?
To add a number to your list send the number in SMS to 787 for free.
To manage your list call 789 or #100# then press 2

Eligibility :
1. All Prepaid, Postpaid, and Control Customers.
2. Business customers should refer to their contact person.

Price :
The service fee is EGP 5 to be renewed automatically every month
Did you know?
** Simply send a free SMS to 787 with the number you wish to add to your white list.
** You can add up to 10 Orange numbers to your list to pay for their calls to your number.

III . Credit Transfer :
** Save your family from running out of credit on their Orange lines.
** You can transfer credit to any Orange customer starting from EGP 1 to EGP 200 when any of your beloved ones run out of credit

How it works :
For prepaid customers :
** Call 400 for free then press 2, then press 3 and select Credit Transfer
or
** Call #100*2# then press 2 and select credit transfer
** Transfer amount EGP 1 to EGP 200 per day, with a condition that a minimum of EGP 1 should remain in your balance after the transfer.

For postpaid customers :
** Call #100*2# then press 2 and select Credit Transfer.
** The transferred amount will be added to your monthly bill with a maximum transfer amount of EGP 200 per month.

Eligibility :
** All prepaid and postpaid customers can transfer credit

Price :
** A fee of 2% will be deducted from the transferred amount for every EGP 1 transferred, with a minimum fee of EGP 0.20.

Beware of fraud cases :
** You will only receive transfers from Orange and never from a personal number.

** If you receive an SMS from any personal number claiming that credit was transferred to you and then a call from that number to ask you to return the credit back, beware that this will be a fraud and not a real transfer.
