I. U-Control Services :
With U-Control have the flexibility to view and manage your account(s)/business lines easily without referring back to customer service.

With U-Control perform the below actions on any number in your account :
Check installment eligibility :
View budget and know installments eligibility for the whole account. The amount is subject to change based on the whole account device/s purchases.

View e-Bill :
View your account bill, extract and/or request bill reports.
Manage I-control :
Distribute credit or minutes to assigned dials.

Migrate voice package :
Change voice packages for your accounts. New packages are activated with next month’s payment.
Manage “Select” package :
Design your own package based on your needs. Choose your mix of minutes, SMSs, megabytes, MMSs and video calls.

Manage Add-Ons :
Add and/or delete a variety of add-ons ranging from ROD minutes, SMSs and intercompany units.
Manage Services :
Add and/or delete services on any of the dials under your account.

Mobile Internet Packages :
Add and/or delete internet packages on voice dials under your account.
Mobile Broadband Packages :
Add and/or delete internet packages on data dials under your account.

Send greetings and bill payment notifications to all or to a selected number of lines under your account.
View Special points :
View all accounts updated point’s accumulation

Notes :
** Migration actions are effective starting the next bill cycle
** Service addition or deletion are activated in 24 Hours

** Two notification e-mails will be sent with the requested actions status, one upon sending the request and the other upon finishing the request

** SMS will be sent to the end users with the activated services
