How To Download TU Delft Payslip?
Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) will be making your payslip available online every month, with effect from February 2016. This means that you will no longer receive a printed payslip.

In the online environment you will also find an explanation about a basic payslip. In addition, from February 2016 onwards you will be able to download your annual income statement.
Once your payslip is online, you will be able to view it at any time, wherever you have an internet connection. Your payslip will be visible in a secure online environment every month from the date on which your salary is paid.
This facility is provided by the salary processor Northgate Arinso (NGA). You will also be able to save and print out your payslips on a local computer. The digital version will be available for a maximum of two years.

Will you be leaving TU Delft in the coming calendar year?
If so, you will have access to the digital environment for a period of up to three months. After 3 months, your TU Net-ID will be automatically blocked and you will no longer have access to any TU Delft systems.
This depends on when your employment ends. If, as a result, you are unable to view your annual income statement, it will be automatically sent to your home address by post.
If you no longer work for TU Delft when you move, or if you would like a digital copy of your payslips/annual income statement from 2014 or before, please send a change-of-address notification and/or a request for a copy to HR Services. See ‘How does it work?’ for an explanation.
What arrangements do you need to make as a staff member?
Log in with your TU Net-ID andpass word to download your payslip and/or annual statement (the annual statement will be available in February). See under ‘Applications’.
What do you need to do if you have left TU Delft and are going to move house?
Send a change-of-address notification to HRServices[at]tudelft.nl,stating your full name and initials, personnel number, and your old and new addresses. This will enable us to send your annual income to the correct address.
As a staff member, what do you need to do if you require a copy of your payslip/annual statement from before 2015?
Send a request to HRServices[at]tudelft.nl, with your full name and initials, personnel number, and stating precisely what you require.

Additional Simplified Procedure
A TU Delft Netherlands payslip is a document that shows an employee’s gross salary, deductions, and net salary. It is issued by TU Delft to its employees on a monthly basis.
The payslip contains the following information:
** Employee’s name and address
** Employee’s ID number
** Employee’s job title
** Employee’s gross salary
** Deductions, such as income tax, national insurance contributions, and employee insurance contributions
** Net salary
** The payslip also contains a breakdown of the deductions, so that the employee can see where their money is going.
TU Delft employees can view their payslips online through the TU Delft Intranet. They can also download a copy of their payslip in PDF format.
