How To Apply For Mt. Isarog Climbing Permit Online?
Thank you for your interest in climbing Mt. Isarog! Because Mt. Isarog is a national park and a biodiversity hotspot, we limit Panicuason trail to the summit to 20 mountaineers at a time. To help you save time and effort, we are also implementing this online, contactless application for climbing permits to the summit.

Application Process:
1. Download, accomplish, and scan waiver and release forms: (PDF format: https://bit.ly/2FIctmP, Word format: https://bit.ly/2UlrrZd)
2. Scan valid IDs of all hikers.
3. Scan valid vaccination cards of all hikers (must be fully vaccinated).
3. Fill up online form and submit scanned copies of requirements (1, 2 and 3).
4. Settle climbing permit fees and entrance fees (via Landbank) and submit proof via email (tourism [AT] naga.gov.ph)
5. Wait for confirmation and approval of application, including name of designated guide.

Applicable Fees of Mt. Isarog Climbing Permit
Climbing permit:
** Filipino citizens: Php100/person/day
** Foreign citizens: Php500/person/day
Entrance fee:
** Filipino citizens: Php10/person
** Foreign citizens: Php50/person
Guides (5 guests to 1 guide):
** Php1,000.00 per guide per day
** Php1,000.00 per porter per day (maximum 15 kgs weight)
Example:
** For a group of five (5) Filipino hikers climbing to the summit, the estimated expenses for fees would be:
** Php100 x 5 hikers x 2 days = Php1,000 (climbing permits)
** Php10 x 5 hikers = Php50 (entrance fee)
** Php1,000 x 1 guide x 2 days = Php2,000 (guiding fee)*
Total: Php3,050.00

*Guide fees are paid directly by guests to guides.
Payment Methods of r Mt. Isarog Climbing Permit
1. You may pay at the CASHIER of the City Treasurer’s Office at the Naga City Hall (J. Miranda Avenue, Concepcion Pequena) for the CLIMBING AND ENTRANCE FEE ONLY, Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 5PM (except holidays special non-working days).
2. VIA LANDBANK: To avoid any inconvenience, however, you may deposit payment at any Landbank branch. Account details are as follows:

Note:
Please email a scanned or photographed copy of the deposit slip to tourism [AT] naga.gov.ph with the subject heading MT. ISAROG CLIMBING PERMIT PAYMENT. In case of climbs scheduled on weekends or holidays, you may claim your permits from your assigned guide(s) at the entrance to Mt. Isarog National Park.
Additional Simplified Procedure
To apply for a Mt. Isarog Climbing Permit Online Philippines, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to the Naga City Tourism Office website.
2. Click on the “Mt. Isarog Climbing Permit Application” link.
3. Fill out the online application form with your personal information, including your name, contact number, and emergency contact information.
4. Select the date of your climb and the number of people in your group.
5. Upload a copy of your valid ID.
6. Pay the permit fee. The permit fee is P500 for locals and P1,000 for foreigners.
7. Click on the “Submit” button.
8. You will receive a confirmation email with your permit number.
9. Print out your permit and bring it with you on your climb.

Please note that you must apply for your permit at least 2 days before your climb.
