ANZ Register for Internet Banking

Follow the steps below to register for ANZ Internet Banking :
** Navigate to the ANZ Internet Banking registration page on our website by clicking the Register link under the Log on button on the home page

** Enter your details in the relevant fields
** Choose a password
** Read the Electronic Banking Conditions of Use and tick the tick box
** Click Continue
** Call ANZ on 0800 269 296 and quote the reference number displayed on screen so your registration can be activated.
** If you are overseas, call +64 4 470 3142 (toll charges apply)
** Alternatively you can register at any ANZ branch in New Zealand with photo ID

Unable to log in to Internet Banking :
Why can’t I log into ANZ Internet Banking?
** There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to log into ANZ Internet Banking.

Here are a few checks you can make :
** Check you are entering the correct customer number

Check the password you entered is correct, remember ANZ Internet Banking passwords are :
** ** Case sensitive
** ** Alpha numeric (numbers and letters only)
** You have 3 attempts to log in, have you exceeded this amount?
** Double check you don’t have the ‘Num Lock’ switched on if you are using the keypad
** Try typing the customer number and the password on Notepad or Word on your computer and then copy and paste them into the relevant field in ANZ Internet Banking
** If you are unable to access the log in page from the ANZ homepage, try accessing the page through another browser or another device

Reset Internet Banking password – can’t log in :
Follow the steps below to reset your password :
** Click on Forgot password? on the ANZ Internet Banking log in screen and complete the details required.
** If you’re registered for OnlineCode, we may send a code to your mobile phone.
** Enter this code on the next page to confirm your password.
** If you’re not registered for OnlineCode, we’ll give you a reference number on the next page.
** Call us on 0800 368 524 or +64 4 473 0370 if overseas, quote the reference number and we’ll confirm your password.

Reset Internet Banking password – can log in :
Follow the steps below to reset your password in ANZ Internet Banking :
** Log into ANZ Internet Banking
** Navigate to Your settings > Change password
** Enter your current password and your new password in the relevant fields
** Click Confirm

OnlineCode :
** If you have ‘Change your password’ set as a preference for OnlineCode, we will send an OnlineCode to your nominated mobile phone and you will be prompted to enter this to complete the password change.

Find payment details – Internet Banking :
Follow the steps below to find details of a payment in ANZ Internet Banking :
** Log into ANZ Internet Banking
** Choose the account the payment was made from
** Use the filters (if required) to find the payment you are after
