Pay Your Council Tax :

** There are several ways to pay your Council Tax including paying online and setting up a Direct Debit.

Direct Debit :
** This is the easiest way to pay your Council Tax and we will even email your bill to you if you wish.
** Set up a Direct Debit and ebilling

Application for Direct Debit Instruction :
** Your Council Tax reference which can be found on your Council Tax bill
** Your Bank or Building Society name, address, account number and sort code (these details are usually found on your bank statement).
** You must be the liable person of the Council Tax account and the bank account holder to submit a Direct Debit request.
** If you are not the liable person on the Council Tax account but will be the bank account holder (for example, you are paying the bill for the liable person) then please contact us directly.

** If you are not the bank account holder, or it is either a personal or business account and more than one person is required to authorise debits on this account, then please contact us directly.
** If this is a personal or business account and you are the only person required to authorise debits on the accounts then you may continue with the set-up procedure.
** All sections marked must be completed.
** You will not be able to submit the form without completing all sections marked .

** You can pay your bill online with a debit card
** You can also register for an online account to view and manage your payments.
** Manage your account

View or Pay Your Westminster Council Tax :
** This service allows you to view the balance of your Council Tax online and, where applicable, make a payment

** The balance for each year will be displayed separately so if you want to view or pay the balance for more than one year, please enter the account reference for each year as shown on the relevant Council Tax notice.

** Please be aware that you can only use this application to make a payment if you have a debit card. We do not accept Credit Cards.
** Please note that if we have started recovery proceedings for non-payment of Council Tax, costs and bailiff fees may have been added to your account.
