1. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to residents in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), United States, Germany, Russia, India, Spain, Japan and Brazil. For the purposes of this Prize Draw, Castrol Limited of Wakefield House, Pipers Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 1RE has agreed to be appointed as promoter (“Castrol”).

Prize Details :
The main prize consists of : a shirt signed by Neymar Jr. (the “Main Prize”).

Choosing The Winner(s) :
3. Entries for the Prize Draw must be received between 10 :00am GMT on 17th June 2014 and 13.00pm GMT on 18th June 2014 (“Entry Period”). Only fully and correctly completed entries received during the Entry Period will be accepted. Castrol and its Affiliates will not be liable for late entries or entries sent but not received. No product purchase is necessary. 1 (one) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on the 20th of June 2014.

How To Enter :
4. Participants can enter the Prize Draw via Facebook or Twitter. To enter the Prize Draw via Facebook, a participant must log on to their Facebook account AND “like” on the relevant post. To enter the Prize Draw via Twitter, a participant must log on to their Twitter account AND “Retweet” the relevant message.
5. Use of Prizes provided by any third party shall be governed by the terms and conditions of any separate agreement with that third party. Subject to clause 9 below, Castrol and its Affiliates assume no liability whatsoever in relation to any third party provided Prizes, even if Castrol or its Affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages or can anticipate such damages. The Prizes must be used in accordance with all applicable health and safety standards and may be subject to height and weight restrictions.

6. Castrol reserves the right to screen the winner(s), in particular against Sentinel™ with World-Check for BP’s Code of Conduct (“Code”) compliance purposes and has the right refuse any Prize to anyone who may contravene Code criteria.
7. Castrol may withhold the Prizes if it considers in its absolute discretion that : the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria; is in breach of Essential Terms and Conditions or the General Terms and Conditions; or has acted contrary to the requirement of good faith.
8. Nothing in either the Essential Terms and Conditions or the General Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting or excluding Castrol’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Castrol’s negligence, or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded as a matter of law.
9. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to take part in any associated publicity relating to the Prize Draw without further consent or payment when required.
10. By entering into the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that failure to comply with the Essential Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
